Each recipe starts with a title, origin, prep and cook times, additional times and total time, servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information ( see note at very end of the book-it's not listed with the recipe at all but separate) and NO pictures.
For the most part I am on this diet but don't use anything in cans nor added sodium or sugars. I like fresh everything.
There are other food label tags with the recipes as well.
There are a few colorful photographs included.
Meal plans are included at the end. Like note on how to make the dish 1500 calories or 2000.
In chart format they show the nutritional information-not sure why its NOT listed with the recipe, lot of page turning for me.
Includes calories, fat, carbs, protein, sodium, listed by chapters or sections.
Conversion charts are also included at the end. Wish they had title translations and pictures to see what it is I'd be cooking.
Have seen better templates for a cookbook, this one is a bit different where information for recipes is scattered.

Eating plan is included, serving size and calories are important.
Each recipe starts with a title, some have a color photo, level and prep and cook times and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Directions are given and there is some nutritional information: calories, fat, carbs, protein, cholesterol, sodium and potassium.
Some recipes have a LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all.
Recipes do NOT always start at the top of a new page.
I'd be using fresh vegetables, low fat low sugar and low sodium products.
Meal plan is included at the very end along with diet restrictions.
To me the recipes could take into consideration the low fat, low sodium and low sugar content and adjust to using them.
