This book explores how Italo Calvino gradually grew into a master of postmodernism. Italo Calvino; the man, the myth, the legend was born in Cuba in 1923 to Italian parents. Before he turned one his family moved back to Italy just in time to reluctantly be part of Mussolini’s regime.
