Getting to Third Date (The Romantic Comedies) por Kelly McClymer
Simon Pulse Romantic Comedies are always a fun read. These books are not necessarily the best written novels but the stories are always fun and you know you will get a happy ending. I think some adult romances could take a note from these books b/c they are characterized well which is much of the battle in writing any novel since you want your characters, for the most part, to be endearing and relatable.
The main characters Molly and Seth were well fledged out. Their marriage and family situation was also believable. I liked the way anxiety and dyslexia were brought into the story.
However, this is pitched as a mystery story. There is a mention of a serial killer on and off but it's only in the last few pages that you actually come to that. It was more of a chick lit novel up til then. The ending was very abrupt and lacked conviction. Also, I found it hard to believe that the FBI could function as described in this book!… (mais)

A somewhat forgettable romance full of the types of mishaps that could be avoided with one good conversation. It's an entertaining book but not really my style.
Using Christie's novel as a template, this intriguing short holds interest and teaches a good lesson. I loved it, quite well written!
