The last in the Ginger and Noah saga, and this ending to the series does not disappoint. The author did such an amazing job with ending this novel with everything these characters went through. Jack really makes more of an appearance and I was elated to get to know his character a little more but Ginger and Noah cannot ever have it easy. Noah still bound to prove his innocence, Ginger wanting nothing more than to start a life with her husband while working to obtain more knowledge to possibly become a doctor and yet danger just seems to follow at every turn of events. There was a lot of emotion in this novel. Heartbreak, sadness, hope, anger, grief and you felt all of it right along with the characters while this storyline get torpedoed, twists and turns. I was so excited to finish out this series and am sad that it is over - although I feel there could be a few spin offs to give us stories from some other characters that played a larger role in this novel. Thank you to Suzy Approved Book Tours for the invite and to the author for the complementary novel. This review is of my own opinion and accord.… (mais)

This book was quite the roller coaster. Ex's best friend on both sides. small town gossip, bullying, job stress, cancer diagnosis in family, snowstorms, family drama, family secrets.... There is a lot! And I couldn't stop reading.

This book was fun and sweet. I liked both the MCs and their friends. I did want to see the characters fleshed out more. The story brought up their lives in-between, but nothing in depth. I thought the times they were together were the most enjoyable parts of the book. I did love the fact that they both found happiness in their respective careers. The grand gesture was the perfect ending for this one.

Thank you to BookSirens and Annabelle McCormack for this complimentary ARC. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.… (mais)

I really enjoy these Brandywood reads! This novel follows the story of Dan Klein and an unexpected guest from his past who is about to turn his summer plans upside down. Avery has always wanted to get married at the Serendipity Lake Lodge, following the tradition of the women in her family but plans go horribly wrong when she shows up two weeks before the wedding to find out that it is under new management, under repair and has had no upkeep for months and her wedding booking is no where to be found in the calendar. I don't think anything more could go wrong with a wedding, except that the new owner is her ex. A first true love and she has two weeks to figure things out or decide that the signs are trying to tell her something. I really enjoyed Dan & Avery's story and I liked how the author also gave us the history of them two to bring it all together in the end. This can be read as a standalone but I highly suggest reading the other two, as those characters are also a part of this story. Thank you to the author for the free novel and to Suzy Approved Book Tours for the invite, I look forward to the next Brandywood read!… (mais)
