The wonderful book may be a part of the No Brides Club, but you can read it as a stand alone. I really enjoyed this book. During this coronavirus 19 you need something to pick you up and give you a happy ending. This book delivers that. The characters so true to life they felt like friends. The two of them met at a cafe that Sam works at and Matt visits often. The two of them have a lot of baggage from their past and wasn’t sure if they wanted to get in a relationship. They start getting closer until Sam finds out Matt is a lawyer in part of taking down her apartment and old friends who live in it. Can Sam and Matt work everything out...you’ll just have to read it. I loved this story, I could not put it down. The romantic suspense story of Sarah, who is charged with murder is full of suspense, intrigue and mystery that will keep the reader on the edge of the seat. She is a strong young woman, but alone and open to any caring help from a handsome detective. The detective in the story is Jay, a very professional guy, but when he meets Sarah his protective and male instincts come to the fold. Can he resist? No. The story is very fast paced and the secondary characters were very likeable to. This story will keep you guessing right to the end and not disappoint.… (mais)
