About the Author

Phillip C. McGraw was born in Vinita, Oklahoma, on September 1, 1950. In 1968, he was awarded a football scholarship to the University of Tulsa, but he later transferred to Midwestern State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. He also received a Master of Arts in mostrar mais experimental psychology in 1976, and a Doctor of Philosophy in clinical psychology in 1979 from the University of North Texas. McGraw has had twenty-five years of experience in psychology and human functioning. He is an author and co-founder of Courtroom Sciences, Inc., the world's leading litigation consulting firm. His books include Relationship Rescue: A Seven-Step Strategy for Reconnecting with Your Partner; Self Matters: Creating Your Life from the Inside-Out; and Life Code: The New Rules for Winning in the Real World.
