It seemed time to see what he had to say in the newer book. Calling it dry doesn't quite describe it. It seemed like the target audience was lawyers and HR folks. I was about to stop reading it. I picked it up one last time before throwing in the towel, and surprise, at page 89 he began writing for ordinary people. So, I finished the book.

These are the chapters I found most meaningful.
Chapter 6 "A Guide for Men, preventing sexual harassment and responding to a complaint"
Chapter 7 "A Guide for Women, taking charge of boundaries and initiating a complaint"

The last half of the book is really a lot more hopeful than the first. Even just having a company policy starts things moving in the right direction.… (mais)
