Dr Carlton Mills is originally from South Caicos. He has been an educator in Turks Caicos throughout his professional life. He was Deputy Principal of the Turks Caicos Community College between 1997 and 2007. After the General Election in 2007, Dr Mills was appointed to the Turks Caicos Cabinet as mostrar mais Minister of Education, Youth, Sports and Culture.
