So I am completely biased in my love for this book because I have owned several corgis and this book has them in abundance. The author nailed their personalities perfectly right to the "boof" barking and the upside down sleeping! But, I must mention the story itself as it was really well done. The characters were very well fleshed out, the mystery clever enough and just enough questions left about the characters to leave me wanting to read the next book. I must also mention I went into the read with trepidation knowing when animals are characters that authors love to place them in some kind of mortal danger. Thank you Ms. Nolder for not doing that to me; as a reader I would have stopped reading, thrown the book down and never finished it.
