These are 3 publications by scholars of Islam: Obviously only brief representations of aspects of the considerable works that are the Qur'an and Hadiths. As such I feel it is unfair to attach too much criticism to the content - - nevertheless, as an atheist, believing the content was written in all sincerity by Muslims - - I found the views expressed, referencing as they do Medieval Age characteristics of social divisions, especially on the rights and responsibilities of Females to be contrary to those 'gender equality' of Human Rights we value so highly in the modern civilised Liberal-Capitalist-Democracy.… (mais)
