I did not end up using this reference to prepare for my EMT career. Note that it is a tiny book. It contains a small selection of practice questions for the cognitive exam, and it walks through skills for the psychomotor exam. However, the skill check lists used by the examiners for the psychomotor (practical) exam are avaiable for free online, and you will practice these skills in your EMT class. Actually practicing the skills is more helpful than reading about them.
