Gavin Hunter Reid

A slim little book, but it's not a quick read, as Gavin Reid's words -- that explore Jesus' own words -- frequently make you stop and think. Written several decades ago, I wondered if it would feel dated, but some of the topical flavour then is the same today (with concerns of globalisation and ecology). But of course it is mainly how we are to each other, and that doesn't change with time. Certainly Jesus' words are as powerful and challenging today as for his original hearers. Recommended.
