This represents a realistic fiction book because it is true to life. It presents a character that is unique to their surroundings. The setting fits well with the genre because it is set in the ocean, which is realistic to where walrus' live. Also, the setting aids in moving the story forward in that each event adds depth to the story. This story is best for the Primary level. The media used was watercolor.
