About the Author
Jim Rooney is a songwriter and Grammy winning record producer, and author of Bossmen: Bill Monroe Muddy Waters and coauthor of Baby, Let Me Follow You Down. In 2009 he received a "Lifetime Achievement Award" from the Americana Music Association.

Bossmen: Bill Monroe & Muddy Waters por James Rooney
Liked the Muddy part better. Basically just a series of anecdotes and quotes. Enjoyable but not deep.
The short book largely consists of transcriptions of interviews, with both folks talking about their music, the members of their bands, and how they work. Definitely worth the read.
