This is potentially a very interesting and informative book about the Cathars; it is well produced and has a wealth of information about the Cathars, their castles and the 12th and 13th centuries. However it is a poor translation from the original French version and because of this it has lost a lot of "readability". There are too many sentences where the original French construction has been retained and somewhat old fashioned or outdated english has been used; nevertheless the main history and facts do emerge.… (mais)
