Thanks to Amazon Prime for a "Read-A-Lot" coupon for this Kindle e-book [b: Fear Dreams: Detective Kerri Blasco|29522370|Fear Dreams (Detective Kerri Blasco #1)|J.A. Christmas came early. After finishing [b: Her Last Breath: Detective Kerri Blasco|32178869|Her Last Breath (Detective Kerri Blasco #2)|J.A. Schneider|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1474513548s/32178869.jpg|52815856]. I went onto Amazon.com to follow the author and got an offer for a free or discounted copy of [b: Fear Dreams: Kerrie Blasco].

From the first page, I was hooked. I started reading at 9:00 p.m., and could not stop until I finished at 12:40 a.m. Worse yet, I lay there thinking about the story, the author, and characters for another hour.

As a voracious reader, I love when the magic of incredible writing snatches me from reality into the story. Puzzles are another passion. When an author can combine mesmerizing writing with difficult puzzles I am addicted.

Liddy Barron, an artist is recovering from a hit and run accident. The gaps in her memory are filled with unclear images of a young woman who is missing.

Like real life, good and disturbing things happen to her. It does not take long for Liddy to doubt her sanity, the loyalty of her husband and her friend. It is not until Detective Kerri Blasco shows up that Liddy is able to face truths about those who surround her.

She and her husband Paul finally leave the cramped bachelor pad he had before them and move into a bigger place.

The circumstances that land them the new place are fraught with sadness and mystery, but it is perfect for their needs. It is closer to the laboratory Paul works as a research scientist. Their home has a studio for her. It is a corner room with windows allowing perfect light for Liddy to paint in.

Yes, I recommend this.

Warning: You may not be able to put this down once you begin reading.

My second Detective Kerri Blasco novel, I am loving this empathetic but tough detective more each time.

I have heard rumors of a new Detective Kerri Blasco novel in the works. [a: J.A. Schneider|5832782|J.A. Schneider|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1448250177p2/5832782.jpg] is a gifted storyteller and she has a new constant reader.

My top ten list of favorite authors now includes J. A. Schneider! This story was no exception to Schneider's talent for creating incredibly intriguing stories. Ava is a florist who also works as an actress. She likes to observe people, and has even been caught doing so from fire escapes. I adored Ava's character and thought she was totally authentic. She was solid yet occasionally came out as silly.

Once more, J.A. Schneider has succeeded! The suspense in the book continued from the beginning to the end. I finished reading it in a single sitting one evening because I simply could not put it down. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, highly recommend!

Review:
"The Wife List" by J.A. Schneider

My Sentiments:

All that's left to say is this author has done it again, and that was giving the readers another good psychological thriller. Beth seems to be having trouble with a troubled marriage, and while this is going on, all kinds of tragedy come forth from her best friend Annie, who was also her agent, being murdered. Beth and Brad thought moving out of the large city of New York to Sheffield [suburbs] by getting away from crime and its dreadfulness would help their lives...but did it? The story has fascinating and well-developed characters that will keep one's attention from chapter to chapter. Yes, this is a long read but still a good one till the end. In the end, a story of just who you can trust.… (mais)
