Really simple and good introduction to basic Latin with a sense of humor to the dialogues.

I know I am no longer a beginner but I'm pleased to say I find the explanations in this book clearer and more concise than any I have come across before.

With tables and tables of declensions and conjugations, Latin is an intimidating language. This book takes on that hurdle by teaching Latin not through straight grammar and vocabulary, but by incorporating it into stories. In each section, the reader is given the next part of a continuing story. In order to understand it, he must learn the grammar and vocabulary, which get harder as the story progresses.
