I did not finish this book. I enjoyed the information when Thomas Jefferson was alive and the people who lived at Monticello. After it got into abolishists and newspaper articles that appeared in the paper, I got bored. I did read the section in the back about the DNA.

More than geanealogy; it's about the descendants of Sally Hemings and Thoms Jefferson. There seemed to be a dispute among the caucasion off spring and not wanting to admit there were black off spring as well.
