About the Author
Sonia Stevenson was the first woman chef in the UK to be awarded a Michelin star. She is an Honorary Vice President of the Master Chefs of Great Britain and a Chef Laureate of the British Academy of Gastronomes. Now retired from the restaurant business, she teaches enormously popular cooking mostrar mais courses in Britain and Europe Martin Brigdale has been a food photographer for twenty years. He has photographed over thirty cookbooks and has won awards in Britain, France, and the USA, including three Glenfiddichs, a Julia Child, and a Perigueux.
