Get drawing materials ready for use after reading this inspiring book to a child. Part of the ending line, "...she painted what she saw in her heart...." is such an empowering message to let the child create what he or she envisions rather than logic or an adult's view. There are blank pages at the end along the end papers to paste in dated art work of a child, maybe one a year for 7-8 years, to document the child's artistic work.
