The Who por George Tremlett
Tremlett's style can be described as 'scissors and paste'; he doesn't interview his subjects directly, rather he writes his biographies using research from his large archive of British music papers such as New Musical Express and Melody Maker.
Interesting in itself, this Who biography lacks the analysis of Dave Marsh's and the solid facts of Richard Barnes'.
Some nice photos in the middle although a photo of Townshend at Eric Clapton's Rainbow Concert has Clapton misidentified as John Entwistle.… (mais)
