Easy rice pudding (Arroz con Leche), p.174, easy and good, not too sweet.
Yum! The enchilada gravy recipe has changed the way I sauce my burritos and maybe taken 3 years off my life. But who cares, if the time I have left tastes this good? I could bathe in this stuff. Lots of good recipes here.
