A fantastic course by Prof. Vishton which covers a number of distinct but inter-related topics on parenting with great clarity, conciseness and solid research backing. Treads the fine line between being too dry or being too folksy.

It is interesting that exercise and sleep kept popping up as the two top things that a parent can help a child thrive.

tidbits:
The more a parent helps a child with their homework the worse they will perform in the long run.
