The Restaurant at the Cheshire welcomes guest chef, founder of Paris and New York City's famed restaurant Buvette Gastrothèque, Jody Williams for an evening of French-inspired fare based off of Williams's first cookbook, Buvette: The Pleasure of Good Food.
The Restaurant-hosted four-course dinner will be centered around French cuisine. The event will begin at 5:30 with a reception, meet and greet with Chef Williams, and drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The seated dinner begins at 6:30 and includes an introduction of each course by Chef Williams, and a discussion with the chefs about their collaboration, followed by a Q&A.
