This reference book gets a lot of use! Currently mixing skin care products with Worwood's formulas.
Very nice reference book, just needs updated
I've had this book on my shelves since it came out in 1993 and I still revisit it every time I have a question. It's the foundation of my essential oils knowledge and the reason I've used them so successfully for so long.
As an aromatherapist, I am regularly asked what books are a good resource for those who would like to know more. Valerie is errs on the side of caution when it comes to children, which I greatly appreciate, and Aromatherapy for the Healthy Child is a book that I am all too happy to recommend to clients.
