Sansom, Shardlake and Henry VIII -

A hunchback lawyer during the reign of Henry VIII, the creative books of Christopher J. Sanson. First released in 2003, Dissolution is now a very expensive collector's book in its first printing. Published by McMillian in the UK and Viking in the USA, the series now has three titles - Dissolution, Dark Fire and Soverign, with a fourth coming this year or next. Sansom has also published Winter in Madrid, a book set in Spain during the Civil War of the 1930s and 40s.
