I enjoy all sorts of books. Right now my books are organized into Non-Fiction: Health, How-To, Autobiography & Biography, Abuse Stories, Addiction Stories, Psychology, Animal Care, and other. Fiction is divided into Urban Fantasy and High Fantasy, Science Fiction, Historical Fiction, Suspense, Horror, Fantastical Horror, Classical Literature, and Romance. I also have a moderate collection of comics (mostly Marvel) and children's books, as stated above.

I am a 30-year-old stay-at-home with a B.A. in English and a minor in Comparative Literature. When not volunteering at the local library, I help to take care of my mom and - you guessed it - read! After a college induced five-year hiatus, I'm once again able to enjoy book after book, and I'm trying to put that quality to good use by reviewing those I come across. Though I am a fast reader, it can take me a while to fully formulate a good review. My other hobbies include taking care and enjoying my cats; spending time with my fiancee; collecting a variety of things, such as vintage children's books and toys from the 80's and early 90's, and keeping up with my favorite TV programs. Three or four months ago I began to volunteer with a Tumblr suicide watch and advice blog, and since I have been reading a lot of books about Self-Harm, Eating Disorders, and Mental Illness.
