Before the arson fire 28 May 2008 which destroyed my home and belongings and nearly destroyed me, my library consisted of literally 5,000 or 6,000 books. I have been working over the course of the last year to rebuild my house, my life, and my library; I have roughly 2,000 books in the newest incarnation of my library.
