- Acerca da Minha Biblioteca
- My collection is a mixture of novels and non-fiction. Novels range from the classics of Jane Austen, Charlotte Bronte to modern authors such as Rosamunde Pilcher and Anita Brookner. Australian authors I like include Peter Carey, Colleen McCullough and Geraldine Brooks. I particularly like novels about the Indian sub-continent and one of my favourite authors is Vikram Seth.
- Acerca de Mim
I'm a retired librarian with a book collection, many of which I haven't read. I was born in Sri Lanka and migrated to Australia with my family when I was 11 years old. I married in 2005 and have moved to Croydon. I'm a member of a book group. I am a member of 3MBS and the State Library of Victoria. I regularly use email to keep in contact with friends and have a Facebook account. I am a member of the Box Hill U3A and the Needlework and Tapestry Guild of Victoria. I regularly attend the Melbourne Writer's Festival and recently visited the Victorian country town of Clunes for the annual "Back to booktown".
