I have a diverse and eclectic interest in many different genres. I love my good sloppy romantic girly-girl books. Regency England was a fascinating time and I can and indeed I do devour them voraciously. I love suspense, mysteries and thrillers and I am well versed in the art of being chilled to the bone when I read a good yarn with all the good stuff from a gifted storyteller. I love stories I can relate to and I love stories that move me. I'm game for a good laugh and honest enough to admit that I've shed my share of tears. All of these and then some more reside in my library. I've honestly tried to part with them and I've even shared them with others, but I must admit that reading is my passion and that often includes reading those much loved favorites more than once, often more than twice - it's been known to happen at least three times in some cases.

I'm an avid reader as well as being interested in many other things! I like to scrapbook, travel, and play backgammon (among other games). My love of reading keeps me up late into the wee hours of the morning and I never leave home without a book in my bag! I also firmly believe in the old standby method - I always have another one ready to pick up when I'm done reading my current treasure!
