Acerca da Minha Biblioteca: Weeding my collection began at an early age when I remember my mom askng if I was through yet with all those baby-sitters club books that were overflowing in my room. Since college, I have moved frequently starting from Colorado to San Francisco and now to my little corner of the world in Boston. Moving cross country on a limited budge allowed for a self-weeding of sorts to happen again. As a result, I only have my most favorite books in my collection and there is much more room for growth. I enjoy short stories, the beat generation writers (ladies included!), travel literature that takes me to places like India, China, and Nepal, and books about Eastern religion. Once my fella moved out from San Francisco to join me in Boston, our library expanded and it is more weighted in the classics, philosophy, and political science literature.
Acerca de Mim: I am a born and raised Adirondacks girl with a west coast outlook on life currently living in Boston. Even though my love affair with Boston has been on and off again during my time here, I've managed to find my place within the city. I most enjoy the book readings sponsored by Brookline Booksmith and the independent movies shown at the Coolidge Corner Theater in Brookline.
