Kim Koeller founded Gluten & Allergy Free Passport in 2005 to foster global social change and improve quality of life for those managing gluten free diets, celiac disease and food allergies.

A recognized pioneer in special diet travel, Kim is a best-selling author and creator of the Let’s Eat Out Around the World Gluten Free and Allergy Free series of Apple mobile apps, ethnic dining books, country travel kits, translation cards and research. These first-of-its-kind educational resources have won 20 quality and innovation excellence awards including Best Health Book of the Year Award for Indie Publishers and been purchased in 60-plus countries.

As a frequent speaker at national and international industry conferences, Kim leverages her worldwide travel experiences of almost 3 million miles to six continents while personally living 100% gluten and allergy free due to celiac disease and food allergies. She has also been featured by National Geographic Traveler, Food & Drink, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, NBC & ABC TV and other media worldwide.

Kim advises global clients on specialty food initiatives within consumer goods, health and hospitality as well as leading cross-industry business and technology solutions across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and South America.

Kim holds an MBA / Master in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree in the French Language from Purdue University with an immersive year study abroad program at the University of Strasbourg France.
