Small and eclectic.

I like John Updike, Ian McEwan, Graham Greene (but he hasn't written anything new for ages), Peter Carey and Coetzee. I decide on my next book to read based on reviews and must admit that I pick a lot from the awards shortlists like the Booker or Impac. I don't like pulp fiction or anything too literary, but enjoy stuff in the middle somewhere.
