I own quite a lot of penguin classics, for me it has become a some sort of an addiction to collect as many penguin classics possible, although I only buy those that I actually want to read.

I'm Suzanne - 25 - and a fulltime student at the University of Amsterdam. I have a BA. and MA. in History (specialization American Studies) and a MSc. in Political Science (International Relations) I´m currently trying to finish my LL.M. in International Public/Criminal Law. I also work as a receptionist at a law firm and as an intern at a Dutch think tank, where I conduct research on post-conflict issues.

I love books, especially fiction. I love all books by Ernest Hemingway, Bret Easton Ellis and F. Scott Fitzgerald. I like nihilistic, minimalistic, post-modern literature. My favorite books alltime are: To Kill a Mockingbird (Lee), The Great Gatsby (Fitzgerald), Crime and Punishment (Dostoyevsky), The Sun Also Rises (Hemingway), The Catcher in the Rye (Salinger), Less than Zero (Ellis), Dracula (Stoker), Their Eyes were Watching God (Hurston), Death of a Salesman (Miller), Night (Wiesel), If This Is a Man (Levi), Beloved (Morrison), Breakfast at Tiffany's (Capote), The Lost Continent (Bryson), A People's History of the United States (Zinn), plays by Chekhov, The Greatcoat (Gogol). I especially love reading the classics.
