SwapaDVD questions?

Does anyone have an experience with PBS's sister site, SwapaDVD? I just joined and ran in to a couple of questions, but my designated tour guide hasn't responded to my message and I'm not finding a Live Help section like what PBS has.

I was hoping to find out:

Do I need to take any action to make sure my SwapaDVD account is correctly linked to my PBS account? (Mostly to eventually allow for transferring PBS credits to DVD credits.) Or is linking them as simple as having both accounts registered with the same email?

Does SwapaDVD have a Reminder List area like PBS does? Where I can record a list of available DVDs I'd like to order eventually but perhaps not now? I'm not finding one when I look, but maybe I not looking in the right places?

When you start to transfer credits, either they will ask you to "sign in" or check your cookies to see if you are already signed in. Remember that the transfer is 3 PBS credits to 2 DVD credits.

There isn't a reminder list, but you can put yourself on a lower priority or (I think) put a wishlist item on hold. the DVD wishlist allows you to change your priority for items. It is not FIFO!!!!!!
