Closed Library - Claimed

Is it possible for someone with super-powers to mark a claimed library "defunct"? It was closed in 2007, apparently. The newly opened branch is just down the street and has its own venue record.

You could always add a comment in the meantime - until Tim or Jeremy can make it "defunct".
