I hope to read 100 new books

of which 26 are counting for the Alphabet (author's last name) Challenge
of which at least 5 are door stoppers (500 pages or more)
with a total amount of 30,000 pages

I will list my re-reads seperately, in order not to confuse myself and others when going through my list.

I'm not sure yet how I will list my books: per month, in batches of 10. Will think about that and hopefully know before the year starts... :-)

I enjoyed The Talented Mr. Ripley when I read it. I have the others in the series and plan to read one or two this year.

What did I miss? The counter for 'read in 2014' (shelf) says I read 72 books, while here I only get to 69...
Really do NOT feel like checking this list against the 'read in 2014' shelf... But I'm afraid there's no other way. :-(

According to my "Read in 2014"-collection, I've read 84 books so far, my list here stops at 80.

Well, no matter which one I follow, I do not get near to 100 books this year. If I'm lucky, I'll finish the two books I'm reading now before the year ends. Then the total gets to 86 or 82.
Too bad, but there's nothing to do about it anymore.

For next year, I set the amount of books at 75 (have already joined the 75-Books Challlenge: http://www.librarything.com/topic/185126 ) Hope to be more succesfull then.

Despite I did not reach the goal, I had a lot of fun trying, reading and matching reads to challenges. Will continue to do so next year.

Thanks to all here!

The last book I added was actually finished in 2015, but since I read more than half in 2014, for me the book counts for 2014.
