Why would my ISBN not be accepted in the submit information section of the Member Giveaway List? The outcome seems to be my ebook cover has been removed from the list, or at least the system has automatically removed it. This all seems to go back to the ISBN problem because on the info submittal page it says the cover is associated with the ISBN (more or less it says that).
My book has three ISBNs all correct and listed and payed for at Thorpe-Bowker. So I don't know what is the problem there. I even tried entering the Amazon in-store ASIN... no luck. I am told this is not a valid ISBN. Fair enough. I know that. Then I enter my print copy ISBN. Nope. Again I'm told this is not a valid ISBN. To be fair, I don't get this response when I enter my epub, or mobi ISBNs, but then returning to the page I find they have been switched to an entirely different number.
Help me someone. If you can. But I think it to be a perilous inquiry. Liable to bring on surplus gray hair and / or baldness. I really just want to get my ebook cover to show up on the list for the final six days it is there.

Your best bet is to contact lorannen.
I would probably also help to correct the ISBN on the copy in your catalogue. I would suggest entering separate copies for each valid ISBN.

Yes, I sent an email to Loranen yesterday, almost 24 hours ago. Also sent one to the info address for LibraryThingy. Nothing as yet. Although since I'm not in the US I can only guess it was a wild and long 4th of July.
I realize now that there is a 10 digit ISBN showing but it isn't correct for any book of mine let alone this one. I also don't understand how the cover can show for well over a week and then vanish sometime yesterday. I will go away and sleep on it and hopefully Loranen will be in to sort it out over night. I imagine it is no big deal. Some ghost in the machine. Something like that.

Well, went I entered my paperback and the associated ISBN and then did the same for my epub formatted version. The catalog seems to only show the 1 book even though I now have several covers.
No luck bringing the cover image back again. It is still not showing on the Member Giveaway List.
