This isn't a garden, but it's EAGLES and BABIES! http://www.eagles.org/dceaglecam/ -- Egg 1 has hatched! Now for Egg 2! C'mon Egg 2!

Okay, so this couple are very active.
Cam A isn’t working, but Cam B has a motion feature, so it tracks them coming and going.

No eggs yet, but it’s a beautiful nest.

That’s probably a server issue. That’s too bad! The quality of the camera is exceptional.

>3 MarthaJeanne: It may be one of those idiotic rules on country location. I could get to it (although I didn't bother looking, due to time constraints). I note that it's sponsored by USDA, and they may be required to block other countries. I'd like to be wrong, and hope that the problem is transitory. :-{

It’s not a .gov site. The USDA support is monetary.

The link in the OP is working for me, and Cam 2 is functioning, but with a note:
2018: We are working on some network hardware upgrades to solve the issues many of you are experiencing with the cams in DC. Streaming over the next few days/week may be inconsistent as it has been in recent days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
