New to this group!mmignano buys thrift shop books!

Since I get the majority of my books second`hand I thought I would join this group. I rarely buy new books although I won't say never. this year I have purchased several Stephen King books at full price minus coupons or a store sale but not second-hand. But mostly, I buy second-hand, I even buy at our hospital git-shop that has a shelf of books. All of our local libraries have shelves of discards. I buy many,many books from these shelves. Most of my craft books I find at the library and thrift stores. I love to look at older craft books .

So glad you love getting bargain books like all of us. I MUST read a Stephen King novel. I think I've been afraid that his work might be too 'gorey' for me. Is there one you could recommend to me perhaps?
