Marc Lesser is the CEO and a co-founder of Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI), a company dedicated to promoting world peace through transforming organizational culture and supporting the development of enlightened leaders worldwide. The core program, developed at Google, offers training in mindfulness-based emotional intelligence grounded in science.
He is the author of Know Yourself, Forget Yourself, and Less: Accomplishing More By Doing Less. He was a resident of the San Francisco Zen Center for ten years, and a former director of Tassajara Zen Mountain Center. He is a Zen teacher, leading the Mill Valley Zen weekly meditation group.
Marc was CEO of ZBA Associates, an executive coaching company, and was the founder and former CEO of Brush Dance, a publisher of greeting cards, calendars and gift items with spiritual themes and artwork. He spent 15 years taking Brush Dance from an idea in his garage to a multi-million dollar publishing company, with distribution throughout the U.S. and the world.
