Journalist Barrie Penrose died July 5th 2020. He was responsible, together with Roger Courtiour, for the 1978 book The Pencourt File. It was based on allegations by recently retired Harold Wilson of conspiracy in high places.

#7--one of the things that Charlton was known for was coaching Ireland in World Cup play--taking a country that wasn't supposed to be good enough fairly deep. Spider Stacey the tin whistle player of the anglo-Irish Celtic punk band the Pogues wrote a song for him 'Jack's Heroes'.

He was the author of Against the Web: A cosmopolitan answer to the New Right and also co-host with Sam Seder of the Youtube political show The Majority Report and his own Michael Brooks show. He also wrote for the Jacobin, Huff Post and Al Jazeera.

#25--I've read numerous of Juan Marse's books. In fact had just finished The Calligraphy of Dreams two days ago. He was an excellent writer and extremely well regarded in the Spanish speaking world.
