EP launched a new website this afternoon. After some mild trauma I succeeded in logging in. It looks different but it appears to have the same functionality. I notice, however, that all books say they will be shipped in 2-4 weeks and there is no longer an option for expedited service. Perhaps this option will be added later. Account information has been restored after being missing for a week or more.

I have not been able to log back into my account. I’ll wait a couple of days before bothering CS which I imagine will be swamped with customers’ emails and calls dealing with these same issues.

I had to reset my password, but the process wasn’t as straightforward as it ought to have been. Once in, though, navigation isn’t too difficult - just different.

It appears that a purchase quantity of up to (10) can now be selected, at least for all the items I've viewed. On the home page, type "easton press products" in the search bar, a total of (219) items are listed. Type "all" in the search bar from the home page and get (205) listings. No listings for using the customary vowels: a, e, I, o, u & y, at least not yet.

I also haven't been able to log back in. I change my password, try to login with that password, and it tells me it was incorrect. or sometimes I'll get the 'we have a new website! we've sent you a password reset link" again even though I've already gone through the process. You'd think that you'd want to do some thorough testing on critical systems such as login before pushing said changes to production.

I wish I could help. It was a process of trial and error. At some point I must have done something right, but I don’t know what.

I closed the Easton Press window after I changed my password. I then went back to the Easton Press website and I was able to log in. Hope this helps.

It looks like they removed the ability to post books to a wishlist.

>10 Wootle: Since I was able to order 1211 before it disappeared, I was wondering if they by chance had shipped it in my week long vacation from being able to see my orders. No joy though.

It appears that the Easton press website will not expand "more results" beyond the first selection. Maybe it's just my phone / computer...

They are also pretending that the Fitzgerald and Faulkner sets are DLEs by placing them on the DLE page. But nothing in the descriptions mention a limitation.

>13 saintmelville: It's not you. It's been happening for days, and I've tried different browsers, and it still happens.

The Easton site has updated its total count of products from 327 / 328 to 333. The "More Results" option is still nonfunctional. Has anyone emailed Easton Customer Service to inform them?
