On Chrome and I believe most browsers you can use the home and end keys to take you to the top and bottom of the page respectively. That will quickly get you to the location of the save button and save you some time scrolling.

>4 jjwilson61: Thanks, a good point. I tried a few possible shortcuts, maybe there isn't one, but if there is, I haven't found it. Your tip I appreciate.

GraemeLyall:
If you share your OS and browser, someone might be able to help out. (For Chrome on a Mac, Cmd-downarrow takes me to the bottom of the page, but it doesn't work if the focus is on an editable cell - click somewhere non-editable or it will just take you to the beginning/end of the editable field.)

>6 lorax: Thanks! My PC version doesn't seem to work for that suggestion, but luckily the home/end keys tip from JJWilson61 does work.
One good point, thanks to the developers, is that the save/cancel buttons are repeated twice, on the top, and bottom, of the book edit page. For me, that is one of many example of a mature system, so many refinements are present. Fantastic.
