Found: Middle-grade book about creepy garden controlled by ststue of Lilith

I read this book when I was in about 4th grade (so probably 2014ish). I remember on the cover there was a picture of this statue of a woman with long hair and the cover was blue. The story was about this boy and his family that moved to this town with a creepy garden that was tied to all these missing children. I feel like there was a pond that had something to do with it. It turned out that the reason these kids kept disappearing was because the mother of the boy was writing a story about Lilith and everything that was happening in real life was because the mom was writing it in her story. I think it was because Lilith was influencing or controlling her.
