was about to add this work to my library, when i noticed that under book description- it is describing some other work, naming matthews ( and cook?) and citing tales not included in the duLac version.
who are not associated with this work. no translator is named, but the artwork is Edmund Dulac

Most likely some similar-named versions have been (understandably but incorrectly) merged together. Most of the contents there are probably the Dulac-illustrated collection but some others have snuck in.
The one edition in that work with "Matthews" listed is ISBN 0531054632. I suspect the two editions with that ISBN should be split and merged into the Matthews adaptation work here (another ISBN there, 1843621800, seems to be Orchard Press, 96 pages, just like 0531054632):

I'm holding off on doing it myself right now in case there are any objections; it's potentially a confusing situation given the popularity and many different editions of HCA stories.
If you're looking to add the Dulac version to your library then that work #3376613 seems like the right one.

>2 scott_beeler: mostly, i am just wondering how to remove the incorrect description and get it to its correct edition

>3 EGBERTINA: Ah, OK, got it. Yeah, I don't know if "Member Reviews" are attached to the particular entry that member has in their library (in which case it should migrate out if that entry is separated from the overall work -- maybe after some time for the database to catch up) or if they are attached to the overall work (and would stay even when the Matthews editions are separated out, though you could ask that user to move it). Anybody more knowledgeable on that subject?

>4 scott_beeler: Reviews stay with the book so if the book is separated and moved elsewhere, the review and the cover will go with it. There may be a slight delay due to caching but they will move. :)

>2 scott_beeler: Having seen no objections I just now split out the Matthews versions and combined them with that other work.
