Sinuhe is tantalisingly close to being sent to print now! All amends have been made and the text proofed and approved by Richard Hardesty. I have sent all the production files to Griffin for a final once over, as another pair of typographic eyes are necessary to check that non-literal errors or quirks have been missed. While I have spent hours carefully checking each plate is fine, I feel it necessary for a final once over by Griffin in case I missed something. I expect that all is totally good to go and that the files will soon be sent to Max Koch, where they can get beautifully printed.

Great news. Thank you and congratulations to all directly involved. Can't wait to see it!

I would like to personally give a tip of the hat to those members who volunteered to aid with the proofreading. They were a very big help.

Small news: the newsletter to accompany ‘The Tale of Sinuhe’ is all set and ready for the letterpress treatment.

Given that Max isn’t ready to start printing the book, Griffin is understandably taking his time on the final proofing of the printing plate artwork.

So close now!
