I was just re-reading the ULTB rules...and 2.2 is self-contradictory. If a book is cataloged by 2 or more LTers, it by definition is not a ULTB...
How about, must be available on/through Amazon or a similar distribution channel? Or given the first sentence of Rule 2.2 ('more power to you'), maybe no limitation on vanity press books. If someone's really _that_ interested in having more ULTBs...well, go ahead.

OK...I missed that, just assumed a typo. Catch 22 is perfectly appropriate...
