I'm currently reading Kissinger's Diplomacy and while I expect to be reading it for quite some time to come; thus far I have found it quit illuminating. In a more frivolous vein, I've just finished Vienna 1814 and found it quite entertaining as well as informative.

Any recommendations for further reading?

Give a look at The Peacemakers by Richard Morris. A good look at the peace process which ended (eventually) the Am Revolution.

A few years ago I saw Madeleine Albright speak at a human resource convention. Of all things, she was hysterically funny. Afterward, I did run out and buy her memoir Madam Secretary. I've not heard her speak about the recent Wikileaks fiasco, but would be interested in knowing her thoughts. I hear historians are licking their chops over the material though.
