You've managed to filter outthe HPs quite well, but othersie it seems to be a list of popular books, which simply by virtue of being commonly owned will also be most frequently negatively tagged.

The books in the tagmash aren't just popular, they're the popular books that are disliked by a number of their readers and/or holders. Note that New Moon and Angels & Demons don't show up in the tagmash; only people who liked Twilight and The Da Vinci Code bothered reading them and they liked them, or at least didn't bash them in tags. Eragon is 86 and Atlas Shrugged is 106; their popularity alone doesn't explain why they rank so highly on this list. Dune: The Butlerian Jihad is number 3,006; no invoking popularity there.
